New series I'm experimenting with... Two more in the works with the potential to migrate a bit. This one is watercolour, 7"x7", and loosely based on a refrigerator poem I wrote using Shakespearean magnets at a time when I was a bit more bitter toward love and was in such a state of mind that crouching for twenty minutes on cold tile seemed an excellent idea.*
Neither unkindest breath Nor sorrowing flesh Shall plague my mind this night. 'Tis some frailty in thy part For reason braveth kinder men than thee: Never hath ears strained so sweetly For such lies of valour, Never hath eyes kissed my name Unto thine own night's sleep. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
